Refund Policy

ArchAngelsFab wants you to get the right part for your truck. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Buyer pays return shipping If you return an item, you pay the return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item or a defective part.

What we accept

• Unused parts in original condition
• Wrong item sent by us
• Defective or damaged-in-shipping parts (send clear photos first)

What we don’t accept

• Parts used, installed, cut, painted, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Returns requested after 30 days
• Change-of-mind returns after the part has been installed

Fitment Please check year, make, model, and any notes on the product page before ordering (including non-EEC cap/grommet requirements where listed). We are happy to help with fitment questions before you buy. Incorrect fit from skipping those notes is not a free return.

How to start a return Email us with your order number, the product, and the reason. For damage or defects, include photos. We’ll confirm the return and give you the address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method. Return shipping is not refunded except when we shipped the wrong or defective item.
